Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on April 15, 2022 found that Expert Home Care had corrected the following deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiency was cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on February 15, 2022 and February 16, 2022.
